Joining Citizens Bank Insurance Services in 2020, Laurel continues her 20-year career in the industry as the manager of our team. Laurel’s experience comes from a variety of roles within the insurance sector, from underwriting to marketing to account management. She’s excited to apply her knowledge to bring the best insurance options and best service to our clients. Outside of work, Laurel makes a difference by volunteering at her church and supporting their missions.

An expert in personal lines and life insurance, Hope enjoys finding clients of all ages and in all life stages a way to protect what’s important to them while also saving them money. She is active in the community, regularly volunteering at her church and her kids’ school.

We provide free insurance check-ups, where we will review all of the policies you currently have and look for areas of too much or too little coverage.
